§1. Data Controllers

The personal data controllers are individuals acting as the Homly Rent project team:

§2. Scope and Purpose of Data Processing

1. We process the following data:
   • email address,
   • response: "looking for an apartment" or "renting out an apartment".
2. Data is processed to inform about the development of the Homly Rent project based on the user's consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

§3. Data Transfer and Processing Tools

1. Data is stored in the Supabase system (located in the EU).
2. Message dispatch is carried out by Resend – a service based in the USA.
3. Due to the use of Resend, data may be transferred to a third country (USA). This transfer is based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, ensuring an adequate level of data protection in accordance with GDPR.

§4. Data Processing Duration

Data will be processed until the user withdraws consent or communication related to Homly Rent ends.

§5. User Rights

Every data subject has the right to:

• access data
• rectify data
• delete data
• restrict processing
• data portability
• withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal
• lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).

§6. Voluntariness of Data Provision

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to receive messages from Homly Rent.
